@cyaneaMy old guild was like that with me, a healer. I was healing 10man Naxx, which was my first non-5man attempt at healing, and I was Lifeblooming the helllll out of the Tankadin, which is a big nono, because 1) I was a group heals and 2) that helped drive his mana into the ground.I got a LOT of "wtf is he doing?!" in /g chat but the next day a bunch of LWs, JCs, and a Tailor threw me together a bitchin set of heal gear that still makes up a good bit of my heal gear now. Then the other two resto druids in the guild talked to me about my spec and we argued about why I thought I should/shouldn't invest points in certain things. It was a lot of fun. Ultimately it made me a pretty good healer. Unfortunately the guild fell apart, I left the realm, and now spend my days in a non-raiding RP guild. so Further gear progression has been sloowsauce :(
