Patch 3.3 PTR: New totems for trolls

Now this is neat: brand-new totem artwork has been spotted on the patch 3.3 PTR for troll shamans by extremely excited tipster Zjin. Previously, all Horde shamans shared a totem design, and draenei got their own space-themed totems when they were added. The new troll ones look appropriately voodoo, I think.
There are now at least three designs for the four different horde races; I wouldn't be surprised if orcs turned out to have their own as well. The current Horde totems fit tauren best of all the races. Once we here at WoW.com start making our way onto the PTRs, we'll bring you any more information we can find on possible new totems for the various races. In the mean time, I'll be in my bunk, doing designs for dwarf totems in my head.

Upon writing that comment, mmo-champion hadn't uploaded the pictures of the new totems yet. I'm not impressed with the dwarf totems :(

Wow, the orc ones look much less interesting than the Troll ones. The latter are varied with each type, whereas the Orc ones are all the same.

more importantly, our future goblin shaman brothers will be dropping strange mechanisms with gears spinning and of course some unexpected explosions going off. oh wait that's not a totem, that's a change machine.

Yeah, color me unimpressed by the Orc and dwarf totems too, but hey - it is the PTR: they could change drastically before live.

I hope so. As of right now, the trolls are the only race to get a unique totem for each school, and that makes the other races' totems feel dull and bland. Let's hope that these are just placeholders while they're snazzified, a la Onyxian Whelp.

Not to sound "jerk", nitpicky or anything but when was last time they actually changed something drastically after or in PTR? I really cant remember anything. PTR pretty much on the end of the production line, its not beta or anything. If they fix something they usually do it on hotfix after its live. And thats only for game mechanic things really..graphics will most likely stay, after all concept arting new ones takes more time than just some meeting or something like that. If this was cataclysm beta they might change the looks after while. PTR? No way.
