Doom had me worried, but i took a look at the reel and what they (Aaron Sims Co.) do and i'm pretty confident with it. By 'early character work' they mean they basically do concept art and some VFX.

The stuff they showed for Constantine and I am Legend, as well as The Hulk and The Mummy looks real solid.
