Brewfest was over. It was fun. It was extended. But now it's gone.
I was able to get my Brewmaster title this year and caught it on video. I also enjoyed a couple of events with the It came from the Blog guild. Because we had Achievements this year, I find that the event was more fun than previously. But now I must admit that I'm Brewfested out.
Were you able to accomplish all of your Brewfest goals? Did Coren give you the gear you wanted? Answer our poll below and then tell us your goals and challenges in the comments.

Fun indeed. Some rogues may be stealthy assassins, but others are swashbuckling, disreputable thrill-seekers. If Jack Sparrow was a WoW character, he'd be a rogue. For rogues like that, nothing would be better than fighting with a tankard in each hand. (Except maybe a tankard in one hand and a fish in the other. WTB epic upgrade to the Dark Herring.)

I was only able to play for a few days of Brewfest, but I was able to get my title with the whole "buy the gear, return for tickets, buy brew club" trick. Got all the trinkets I wanted off Coren and two tankards. Haven't decided which 'toon gets them, but they are better than anything any of my melee have now.
Would like to see it changed next year to be a little more laid back, but I'm happy that I got mine this year.

Somehow I managed to get both mounts, the tankard of terror, all the trinkets and the achievement! Oh and a very pretty dress...and a new pet!

Got my Violet Proto-Drake and unexpectedly got a Kodo from the 6th run on my Human.
So a pretty good event for me :)

This. I got a couple of trinkets, but never got an egg that I wanted. Never saw a mount drop to even roll on one. Picked up the pet, my wife got the pet and goggles, which she wishes would become an add on to her regular helmet so she can giggle at the gnomes all day...

This. I got the title, the pet, the remote but no mounts. Did get the tankard for my shaman (got a second one on the AH) and the shanker for my hunter, so that was good. But no mounts, on any of my six eligible toons. FML.

First time I ever participated in a festival and I got the mount the first time it dropped! 8D

I got the achievement. I only did the brewfest boss one time, didn't see the point in doing that every day. I was done with the event in less than a week.

By achievement I mean the Brewmaster title.

I ran Direbrew 10 times a day, every single day of brewfest, and I didn't get either of the mounts.
I was really, really disappointed.

That was my experience with the event last year. Had no luck whatsoever.
Looked like this year was going to be the same but I lucked out with a Kodo on the second to last day of the event. If I can manage to get a ram next year I won't have to do it the year after :P

I really just wanted the title (I mean brewmaster?! As a huge beer fan irl there isn't a cooler title than that), and I got it so I'm happy.
Took me a week to get the title and as soon as I got it I lost interest in the event.

I got my Brewmaster title and my Violet Proto-Drake, but my Brew of the Year achievement glitched on me. I could've sworn I had consumed some of that acorn ale last year, but it didn't count. And since my Brew of the Month Club membership didn't get renewed, I won't be getting it this year. Maybe next year, unless they add stuff that needs more tickets, or unless I decide to get a second set of regalia.

IIRC, the achievements were not in when the acorn ale was active last year.

I had the same problem - i bought the brew of the month thing last year, but have only received 11 out of the 12 brews. Although it no longer counts towards the completion of the achievement, nonetheless still a little annoying.

Unlike my horrible luck running H toc daily for the axe and boots to no avail, Brewfest actually turned out pretty well (although it did come down to the wire for some of the trinkets).
old main - finished Brewmaster and long strange trip, already had the ram, kodo and remote
new main - finished brewmaster and got a ram (the only mount i really wanted for him - yay!)
3rd string - all the melee dps/tank trinkets and the remote
4th string - caster trinkets for offspecs
eventual goblin rogue - two tankards o terror

I got the title, as well as the two trinkets I wanted from Coren, one of which replaced a green quest reward from Dragonblight, the other of which replaced a blue from Burning Crusade, boosting my gear score by quite a bit. (It was the ancient pickled egg and the brawler's souvenir, respectively, in case you were wondering) I also got both charms because I was lucky enough to be in a group where no one wanted them. Oh, and I also got the kodo. No big deal, you know.

I got both brewfest mounts.
The brewmaster title.
Both stein trinkets.
And the goggles that transforms everyone to female orc/male gnome ^.^
