i have to wonder... if Blink can be (sorta) fixed, does that also mean that the warrior *Leap* talent that never went live could also be (sorta) fixed and could... maybe someday be added back in?

Leap is targeted, not fixed. You could, and would (don't lie), use it to get to places Blizz never wanted you to get to. Like... higher up on a cliff side.
