I got a recipe for nourish!Lady proudmoore's Baltimore style Crab Cakes1 pound of fresh crab meat5 bell peppersTabasco sauce1 whole onion1 whole tomatoSalt and pepper3 tblspns of mayonaiseSaltine crackersCombine ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let chill for 6 hours or more. When ready to prepare, make lumps about 3 inches in diameter, and fry in a pan for about 10-15 minutes each side. Note: they might fall apart a bit while frying. If this occurs, that's no problem. Just add a bit more mayo. Additionally, crab from the chesapeke is better to use than common crab from the phillipines.

Thanks, Ben - I'll ask Pix to stick it in the queue. :)
