New official Jaina and Sylvanas character bios

Sylvanas, you'll remember, featured in the Lament of the Highborne video early on in BC, where the story of her death and resurrection at Arthas' hands made it clear she's got unfinished business with the onetime-paladin turned Lord of the Scourge. And Jaina... well, Jaina's had a front row seat to Arthas' undoing -- they were childhood friends who looked like they were headed towards being more than friends, until Arthas found a big bad sword that turned him into a big baddie. It's going to be awesome seeing all of these storylines start meeting up together in The Frozen Halls and the raid beyond -- we can't wait.

undoubtably Jaina would try to reason with Arthas Sylvannas will just start unloading her quiver into him But with Jaina's new model it'll be awkward

Jaina wants to bring Arthas back to the light (but her new model looks scary)

So they updated Jaina's model to look like a hooker, and Sylvannas now sounds like a tart. Good job, Blizzard!

I think it's super cool how every strong female character in this game bares their midriff and boobs like it's going out of style.
Yeah, I know, girl rage and all, but it's a little bit tedious when we constantly get the whole "LOOK SHE IS SO SEXY AND AMAZING OMG BOOBS" thing spoon-fed to us all the time. Arthas and Varian get to hide behind full suits of armor.
So, as compensation, I demand a shirtless beefcake Arthas as the final boss of IC. It's only right. ;)

Also notice how their gender is listed before their occupations, their races or their faction. Somehow I can't imagine Thrall or Varian being listed as Male, Orc/Human, Leader of the Horde/Alliance, etc. It feels like I'm being reminded, oo lookit, the game does have a few female characters that affect the lore!
I mean clearly there are a lot- Lady Liadrin got a lot of play in the last expansion, and there were more than enough female bosses sprinkled throughout various raids that it didn't feel like they were all just placed in there because Blizzard was forgetting the women. But something about that ordering irks me a little. Over-sensitive? Oh heck yes.
Also seconded. More male nudity please. ^^

DoctorOnline, welcome to gaming in the 2000's. It's friggin everywhere, and it's really annoying. I'm like, "Yay! Cool game....but, wait, I have to stare at some provocative image all the time? Can't I just play the game without that stuff?" (Right now I could almost guarantee that most people who will disagree are either teenagers and/or college students.)

Sure the men can cover up with armor, but the cliche with the males is that they have to wear shoulder pads the size of football fields. It's 50 yards on each shoulder... and arguably nothing in between... yeah, I'm looking at you Varian... dumb git.

Also, I'm a fan of the Lady title & I think male characters should have Sir now and again. In fact, I think it'd be cool if we could get Lady/Sir titles.
...I was going to add a verse of "She's a Lady" by Tom Jones, but I just read all of the lyrics & that's actually a really chauvinistic song, so nevermind O_o

I agree, Blizzard! Gives us ladies Varian naked...or at least in a nice suit with a top hat. ....and his face not to frying panned in and scarred all wierd. Ok Ok...ummm just make all blood elf rogues have to wear no armor. And no shirts for pallys! Thank you.

I have this weird feeling that the game is getting a 'macho' re-packaging. I kinda fear fro my Belf male character....I hope I don't load him up one some day and see he's been replaced by an elf chick in string and tape. o_O

Well i personally think there should be an outlaw of the juicy pants girls wear, especially with all the women that complain about everything being sexist. I agree some of them should have full suits of armor, however if they did there would be those of you women saying OH NOEZ SHES NOT FEMINENZ ENOUGH TAKE SOME ARMOR OFF NAO PLOX. They cant please everyone. And if u haven't noticed, some of the Orc armor throughout the game, not necessarily the tier gear and stuff but the little things lower level and some higher greens show a midriff.

not a big fan of jaina's new face, but thankfully we wont see it that much up close when were fighting, but I'm pumoed for the Patch 3.3 trailer, these trailers are the icing on the cake in my opinion
