I just did, and apologize to Mr. Belt. I was looking toward the end and the beginning, figuring that a glyph discussion would be a general-issue (like pvp and talents), rather than inline with the levels, for no other reason than that's how I'd have written it. This self-reflexive fallacy was my mistake.

However, I will recommend highly glyphing Evocation over Fireball for lower levels. When you are doing a lot of questing solo in lower levels, the ability to have a 60% heal that can be used in-combat when a mob is Frost Nova'd or Sheeped can really save your life in a way that an extra Fireball Crit or two will rarely do.
