Don't buy anything - it's not worth it. Quest gear will do just fine, though heirloom stuff is worthwhile.

For pve, if you must buy stuff, go for "of the Owl" instead of Eagle or +damage. The spirit and int on those things will keep you going longer between drinks. If you need the extra stam on Eagle gear you're doing something wrong - you shouldn't be getting hit at all. The +damage gear is nice for your little ego, but i've done the math and pre-Outland it's itemized so poorly that it's a liability.
