What do the zeppelins have to do with DK's being OP? I am confused.

I'm gonna screenshot Lifeblood and thereby prove I'm an imba-gardener. It's probably more interesting.

It just goes to the Zeppelins Attack page. What's that got to do with OP DK's?

Ruptureless cycles on the link briefly touched upon the topic for Combat Rogues, but Mutilate Rogues (such as myself) are also using this.
Basically when you've replaced enough pieces of 226 gear with 245s, you will reach a point where your new gear will empower you to drop to at least 2pc t8.226. This means dropping rupture and using that energy instead for your finisher which would be Envenom (mutilate) or Eviscerate (combat).
This simplifies your "rotation" but also opens the door to Weapon Swapping (oh).
