You can now query for a list of completed quests with "QueryQuestsCompleted()" then wait for the "QUEST_QUERY_COMPLETE" event, and call "GetQuestsCompleted()".

I'll donate money to the first addon author that writes something that tells me which quests (by zone) I have remaining. This change should enable the addon to be written (FINALLY!) I'm thinking of the Loremaster achievement, specifically.

Questhelper does that - hit World Map > Filters > Enable zone filter, then go to the area you want to quest in

QuestHelper tracks what is completed as it is completed. If you don't have the addon installed until level 20 it will have an incomplete list of what has been completed.

This new function will enable a list to be generated at any point in a character's progression.

That's the key difference between what we have now and what will soon be possible.
