I don't know about personal cases - too much trouble for not so much bang. Class action cases though a lot more fun. Let sue all Gnomes in game - you considered guilty if you ever rolled one or even if have lvl 1 bank char - for screwing up a Capital and major pollution in the zone. (throw in annoying voice and small size - my neck hurt when I talk to them, I can show a paper form my doctor)

And also I would love to sue all Blood Elves - Kael' came back to life, green balls on public, clearly arrogant and aggressive behavior.

You think I can't do it? My neighbor in the village knows a guy who's father's uncle knows the guy who lives next to the friend who married the chick and her sister once dated a lawyer - you all screwed!
