Litigation threats like this are an endless source of amusement for those of us who actually have a legal education. You filed a "federal report"? Ooo, scary. With what agency or authority? Or do you mean you filed a complaint? In what federal district? Asserting what claims? On what jurisdictional basis? Should I anticipate personal service, or service via registered mail? And this subpoena your attorney is "processing" -- is it a subpoena duces tecum, or a subpoena ad testificandum? How is it that a federal district court is permitting you to send me discovery demands before I've even been served with your complaint, much less answered it? And can you provide me with your attorney's name and federal bar identification number, so that I know who to include in my counterclaims for abuse of process and wrongful prosecution, as well as who to go after for Rule 45(c)(1) and possibly also Rule 11 sanctions?
