Go into Alterac Valley, follow everyone else, and just hang out near the back. You should get to 50 HKs in no time.

Although to be honest, PvP is fun once you get past that first wave of nerves and just go with the flow. I did my very first ever battleground for the Valentine's Day achievement last February (pity the Love Fool at the AB blacksmith, and had a blast.
