- NEW - QueryQuestsCompleted() requests that the server send the client a list of completed quest ids. Once the list is received the QUEST_QUERY_COMPLETE event is fired. (There is a limit on how frequently this can be called)
- NEW - tbl = GetQuestsCompleted([tbl]) populates a table (creating one if necessary) with the ids of completed quests.
That's right, you can now get a list of every quest your character has completed. Testers on the MMO Champion forums report that it's only the quest IDs themselves that get sent, but addons such as Lightheaded and Questhelper, one would assume, can probably take care of the rest as long as they get those quest IDs.
The ability to recall completed quests should be a good boon to mod makers and questers. Those looking to grab Loremaster will appreciate being able to figure out where to head next, and those that have had a handful of quests left for the title and no idea where to find them will finally find some relief. Here's to all the mod authors already working hard on using these new commands to get us squared away in Patch 3.3. Many a Loremaster will owe you a debt come Cataclysm.

A full quest list should vary from 1-30KB, if they implemented it the way I think they have. The background for this page should be way larger than a single character's completed quest list. Besides, you should only need to request the quest list once per login (or resetui).

To my count I have 2 quests left in the game to complete (end of the tier 0.5 line), and maybe 1 or 2 'go to' quests I wasn't aware of (or were mutually exclusive), so addons that can help me find any others would be interesting, just for the sake of the completionist in me.

Well I did Bloodsail because I was bored and had done all the northrend quest achievements. Also did Wintersaber, the Furbolg and the Sporregar rep...

Being as Shattered Sun only costs 1k gold and having exalted... doesn't really say anything about someone's time since at the end of BC shattered sun dailies were bomb for gold and the rep was incidental...

That's the whole point of this thing. We have databases of what quests are out there. There are plugins that attempt to mark out per toon which ones you do, but unless you use them from the time of creation of the toon they won't know all you did. This fills in that hole, and also will end up saving memory.
