Well, there are two points that you could be talking about and I'm not sure if it's one of them or both. Either way, it doesn't really matter.

If you mean that it takes too long to get 300k honor, it really doesn't take that long. Each piece costs about 50k honor give or take a few thousand. Just with the weekly Wintergrasp quests you can earn around 20k. Even if you only played one Wintergrasp a week you would end up having almost enough to get one piece after 2 weeks. That is just two weeks and you only had to do about 40 minutes of work, so that is the slowest you could possibly get. Add in a few more Wintergrasps and a few Battlegrounds and with just minimal amount of time spent you can have that down to about a week too. So by playing very little pvp you can be completely set up in honor bought pvp gear in about 1-2 months. That’s not that bad. (No to mention the battleground daily quests, or the Wintergrasp marks and Stone Keeper shards that you get from dungeons that can be turned into honor and sent to any character on your acct.)

If you’re talking about the honor cap, yeah it’s annoying but it’s there for a reason. It’s so you can’t save honor when a new arena season is coming up and instantly get new rewards or something like that iirc. (Correct me if I’m wrong through) And if you were saving the honor because you were still leveling, I believe that you can still buy the armor from the vendor at lower levels. You just can’t equip it.

The fact that you just referred to the movie as being good, and not the book, made kittens everywhere die.

Movies based on books = bad idea

1. the movie in itself is an absolute masterpiece! I understand that you love the book, but i'm getting round to reading it, i promise! ^_^
2. I'm sorry to say that i think your wintergrasp honor strategy is highly over estimated, i never, ever see that much honor from wintergrasp ever and I'm really not "doing it wrong" I do those quests one a week and they accumulate around 11k honor which is enough for one epic gem and the rest of the honor from wintergrasp and the other battlegrounds is frankly garbage. Even the "for great honor" quest is so outdated that i could probably sell the rewards i get from gathering those marks on the black market for more honor and they'd be getting a huge bargain.
For your other point (that 2 months for a set of pvp gear isn't bad) 2 months to be severely undergeared and still getting the pudding beaten out of you like it was season 5 all over again IS a long time. It is a very, very long time to be two seasons behind, I've spent this expansion and the last being behind in gear and genuinely suffering because of it; sure i may have spent the first parts of these expansions doing "too much" pve but that's not truly the point, i should be able to be at most one season behind with the top end gear still going to the hardcores.

Don't wait, read Dune NOW. If you like the movie, logically you'll love the book so much more. :)

In almost all cases, yes. In the case of this particular movie I beg to differ. Dune is one of the best conversions of a book I've seen. Yes, the book has so much more to it than the movie has, but try reading Clan of the Cave Bear and then watch the movie... *shudder*.

The films brilliant and the book is brilliant as well, just be warned i think theres 5 or 6 books are Dune and they just get more sureal as they go.

I agree, both the books and the movie are masterpieces. It is a pity that Frank's son is such a poor, uninspired writer, bent of milking that cash cow :(

The movie "Dune" was good, the mini-series they had on the SciFi channel a few years ago was even better though, and of course the book is head and shoulders above either of them.
