I love frost and use it now in raids, so I am super excited at the upcoming buffs to the tree.I just have one slightly noobish question about that spec you posted - and about the Torment The Weak build in general. If TTW boosts your damage by 12% against snared or slowed targets, what happens if you get the Glyph of Frostbolt (which removes the slowing effect from the spell)?Does the 12% extra damage no longer occur? Also, what about bosses who are immune to the slowing effects of spells - does that mean you don't get any benefits from TTW?

yes and no, depends on where the application is taking place. if it's in PvP frost mages won't want the glyph because of the removal of the slowing effect that triggers TtW. In PvE, it doesn't matter given the fact that whoever is tanking the boss will (if they at least know how to tank) put up a slowing effect of their own which will trigger TtW.

Yeah, things like Judgements of the Just, Thunder Clap, et. al. will make TTW work. Also, if you have a DK in your raid you're set, no matter if he's a tank or not. the debuff from Icy Touch makes TTW work.

The way I read it is that just your water elementals freeze ability is lost by the glyph, not your slowing effects.
