Thanks for repeating my point for me. I never said it was underpowered. I said it was uninteresting. It's uninteresting precisely because it is overpowered. You can kill anything with frostbolt spam and so that's all players do. Sure you have all these nifty tools but you are no reason whatsoever to use them.

Not that you were listening the first time around but let me repeat myself. I want a more interesting leveling rotation. That most likely means nerfing frost, not making it more powerful.
