Bosses are immune to the chill effect. So having the Glyph of Frostbolt won't hinder the Finger of Frost proc. So as long as you have FoF i nyour build you will still gain the buff from TotW. Also since they are changing back Frozen Core, the 3 points in there are useless.

Even though this is the ptr talent calculator. I went and made the spec to follow with the changes made on the ptr. I feel that having 3/3 in Imp Water Elemental will be better for the raid for the mana regen. Also not having 2/2 Cold as Ice to me is dumb. Only for the fact that it also lowers your Cold Snap cd. And by having that you can gain a double Icy Veins run every time it comes off cd with Icy Veins. And that will also give a dps gain.
