Actually, unless the mechanics have been fixed for Fingers of Frost, then won't Deep Freeze be the 3rd spell you cast when it procs, not the second?

The way it is now, FoF applies the buff whenever a spell is cast but doesn't remove a charge until it hits, so upon casting your second Frostbolt you can currently still use an instant (like Ice Lance or Deep Freeze) and get the benefit of FoF on 3 spells in a row.
