Why take Frostbite, again? People don't still think you need to have a point in Frostbite to get Fingers of Frost procs, do they? That would be much better served in Student of the Mind, Arcane Meditation (just how mana efficient can one Mage be?), or Magic Absorption, wouldn't it?
