WRUP: Trick or treat! edition

Okay, so maybe -- just maybe -- the image above doesn't have anything to do with what the WoW.com team is playing this weekend. In fact, it would be difficult for any of us to be making attempts at Festergut this weekend, as his testing period on the patch 3.3 PTR is over. And who only knows when he (or perhaps "it" is more appropriate) and the rest of the residents of Icecrown Citadel will be making their appearance on the live realms. However, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Festergut is the creepiest thing I've seen in game in quite a while now -- which makes him the perfect conversation-piece for Hallow's End. And if you disagree? Well, just let me know what in Azeroth is creepier, and perhaps it will grace next week's WRUP post!

But until that time, let's talk about what the WoW.com team is playing this weekend...
  • Adam Holisky (@adamholisky): I'm going to hold a #BlizzChat of my own. It's going to be MORE informative than what Blizzard put on Thursday evening. Not that it's hard to top that...
  • Alex Ziebart (@aziebart): My raid will be doing more Trial of the Grand Crusader, and then when that's done we're going back to clear the final stretch to Algalon. Exciting! When I'm not doing that, I'll either be doing some more writing (as usual) or playing through Mass Effect (again).
  • Allison Robert: Probably getting around to reinstalling the PTR and maybe doing some old-world raids with the guildies. I'm about halfway to exalted now with Zandalar and Brood of Nozdormu, but I'm trying really hard not to think about the 10 elementium ores I'll eventually need for the scepter questline. /agony.
  • C. Christian Moore (@TheArenaGuy): I just got done with the most ridiculously busy set of weeks in the history of my life. I'll be writing a lot of articles this weekend for 3.3 and leveling up the hunter that should have hit 80 ten days ago. :)
  • Daniel Whitcomb (@danielwhitcomb): I've had a pretty productive week in WoW all told, finished most of my raids and all that, so I may actually take it slow, maybe run the candy buckets on some of my lower level alts for the easy XP.
  • Dominic Hobbs (@DMZduffry): Getting over this sickness now, so back to Blood Pact and raiding. Yay! With NB (25-H) down last week, it's time to start work on clearing out Jaraxxus and his buddies.
  • Eddie Carrington (@Brigwyn): Thanks to the wonderful world of pharmacology, I'm going to finally get to honestly play more than sleep! I want to see the rest of Dragonblight and maybe head over and visit some Trolls as I level. Then in my down time maybe check out all the fuss on the PTR.
  • Elizabeth Harper (@faience): Hallow's End calls!
  • Gregg Reece: I'll be trying to figure out what I'm going to dress up as for a costume party on Saturday. I know I've got a Dr. Horrible costume around here somewhere... Otherwise, more Argent Renfaire for me on Sunday.
  • Lisa Poisso (@emused): Fishing with my Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole – finally!
  • Matt Low (@mattycus): Hoping for another patch or build drop this weekend. Want to see that Halls of Reflection place. Either that, or a working gunship battle.
  • Matthew Rossi (@MatthewWRossi): Considering getting a tanking set together for my shaman.
  • Robin Torres (@cosmiclaurel): I will be Trick or Treating with It Came from the Blog, of course! Otherwise, I will be spending all of my free time getting the Sinister Squashling, which I have on every other character except my main.
And now, dear readers, it's your turn. What virtual exploits are you getting into this weekend? (Other than, I hope, tagging along with It Came from the Blog's trick-or-treating run!) Is it Hallow's End time? A reputation-grind weekend? A chance to get in some good old-fashioned leveling, perhaps? Inquiring minds want to know!
