Yes Kotor 2 was uncomplete and at times confusing...but Bioware didnt make Kotor 2. They sold the rights to Obsidian to make the second game, and had no input in its development or plot. So...yeah. Obsidian left it incomplete. Kotor 2 was in no way connected to Bioware in its creation. My point still stand
