I don't know about that. There are going to be, what, a few hundred people competing every week? And all but 52 of those every year will walk away empty-handed. Your odds of winning the ring would be, what, maybe 10% over the course of an entire year? The time saved by a 5% XP gain would not be anywhere close to the time invested in the tournament for the vast majority of players.For those who enjoy the competition of the tournament as its own reward, the ring is a tantalizing, if largely unattainable, goal. But it would be illogical to give it any significant weight as a material incentive to enter the competition.
