That doesn't change the behavior of the movement keys, so it's like the left mouse button and not the right mouse button.
Idea: Two macros. Put Person1 in front of you and person 2 behind you. To turn around, /tar Person2 /follow. To turn back around, /tar Person1 /follow /tar Yogg
