As a hater of the Alliance, I find it crazy that there is something we can actually agree on. Cairne is the man and this has been the best AAFL yet. If they collected all of these and made them into a book I would buy it. Just saying...

I'm dedicated Alliance, but I love the uber-Pagan Tauren race. (I love Trolls, too, but for completely different reasons.) I used to wonder why Tauren would ally themselves with the Horde, but Cairne cleared that up.

My first toon was a Night Elf druid, and something I always liked was the relationship with the Tauren we had through the Cenarion Circle. It did raise a question for me, one that I keep coming back to...
Given that the Tauren really have very little in common with the rest of the Horde, and the Night Elves are (lore-wise) rather aloof from the "younger races" in the Alliance, why don't we see the Night Elves and the Taurens ally with each other and make a 3rd faction? Doing that would give them a virtual lock on Kalimdor (aside from Durotar and a small human presence at Theramore). Just to round out the factions for the upcoming Cataclysm, you could include the Worgen and the Trolls in the new faction. Then, all factions would have footholds in both Kalimdor and the East Kingdoms.
Mind you... the new faction would have all the Druids. Hmmm...
