Actually, it might be better in the long run. Granted, you should be able to dump someone who is inexcusably underperforming, but say for example...you've got a lag spike, or you're distracted by something, and you underperform for a couple of fight...all it takes is your party leader to be a dick and kick you.

Now it'll take three people to be dicks.
