There is nothing stopping you from running the Daily Random Dungeon with a premade group. The badge rewards stay the same no matter what. What is different when you run with a PUG group are a) the gold rewards for pugging, which basically cover repair costs b) the grind for the "Patient" title, and c) the "Perky Pug" pet achievement.

So yeah, run with your guild.
