THIS JUST IN :
Paladin
Holy
* Lay on Hands can no longer be cast on yourself.
Me, I've always thought PvP was going to break WoW, and now I've kind of had it. This blatant PVP fuelled nerf was the last straw.
The only question now is, Asmodian or Elyos?

I'm not certain that this is a pvp nerf. The CD is too great for Arena, and it's only a minor annoyance in most battlegrounds. Aside from a grindfest in AV I've never had opportunity to LoH on myself more than twice in a BG.
In PvE it has huge benefits for a holy paladin with glyph of divinity. I've carpet bombed my tanks with HoL until I was out of mana only to LoH myself, arcane torrent, divine plea, JoW the boss, and melee to a glorious full mana bar. Of course, there is the argument that were this a PvE nerf it might have been preferable to simply nerf the glyph of divinity. It will be most interesting to see if an explanation for this decision is given should it in fact end up going live.

That's the GC post about all the pally changes. Just relax, he says it was a mistake and they've already fixed it on their own builds.
