Yeah, I definitely found this to be the case. I gave up on a level 19 rogue (which I eventually deleted to make space for something else) for just this reason. It was even worse than levelling a priest in that level range, due to the complete lack of survivability.

When cataclysm hits I think I will try again as a Goblin, with lots of heirlooms.
