Still not enough? Gee. There will be no "Report Ninja-Looting" Button as long as it is not against Blizzard policy. Anyone that is able to wear a particular item will have a chance to roll on it, who are these people who decide what "need" is? Of course there ist enough room for abuse.

Only system that would avoid abuse is the one mentioned above ... when one player has no way to influence the loot of another person (so, separated loot for everyone)
