best gear you will be able to buy from new base emblem (emblem of triumph) are ilvl 245 and a few slots are missing ... and would you fill the remaining slots with gear of ilvl 226 and below if you get gear in the new 5-man that will most likely be better?

let's say ... a weapon will never be obtainable by emblems (big exception was by these crusader whatevers) but anything else that wants to be obtained outside raids ... will be from the ne 5-man (just like the weapons from trial of the champion)

And there are other slots to be filled as well, i suppose
