i think you should add the fire resist bonus to fire-shield. it doesn't do much good in LK, but back in BC, it was great on 5mans (oh, that one dungeon in hellfire where the last boss dropped fire bombs from his dragon...and that optional fire chick out in netherstorm) when you don't have a pally/priest (as it doesn't stack with any other player resist buffs).

...you say don't bother having fire shield on auto...which i agree with, but i always keep it on the tank for that extra little bit of damage.
