$6-10-Outfit (some with special animations for a char)
$2-4-Bagspace
$10-Double exp

These are just averages of the mmo's I've seen all being free to begin with. So far Blizz seems to be going in line with them. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw any of these other things pop up as well.
