If you want to level assassination, stick with the Heartseekers, though once you get to 80 you'll want a faster offhand dagger than that. If you want to level combat, I'd favor the stats on the Venerable Mass of McGowan over Dal'Rend's, but it's your call.

Haste is nice, especially for combat, crit's a bit better for assassination builds. Haven't dealt enough with subtlety builds to give much of an opinion. Personally, I leveled combat, and raided as combat up until ToC, but due to random luck with daggers dropping over axes, I've switch to assassination recently and been really enjoying it, so it's up to you on which you want to use.
