I would also like to point out that if you decide to go for mutilate glyph of vigor and glyph of mutilate will be quite valuable at this time. this will reduce mutilate cost by 5 and increase over all energy to 120 greatly increasing your burst damage... I remember when overkill used to be cool and would reduce your energy cost by 10 for 4 or 5 secs from stealth, but it'll still help a bit now... also garrote doesn't seem very viable an opener for me as it gives only 1 point and the mob should be dead before the bleed is finished... i used to use a rotation similar to this
Cheap shot> mutilate> wait for cheap shot to run out while pooling energy > kidney shot if improved kidney shot) or eviscerate if mob is weak> mutilate> mutilate >dead or eviscerate
sometimes i would open with ambush> mutilate> kidney shot> mutilate>(if 4 combo points) eviscerate
ofc it depends on the kind of mob and your preference. i suggest picking up fleet footed as ull need to stealth alot as opposed to combat...
