Eck was robbed... again.
Golis Nov 5th 2009 12:15PM
^^ This
(too many sharp tooth dog men vote... Eck now regret agressive universal voter registration efforts...)

For real. D: Eck TOTALLY deserves a second chance more than freaking Eregos. -.- Why bring back in a boss to an instance no one likes? D:
'Sides, I really don't think Eck's fight was fair. u.u

brownyboi Nov 5th 2009 1:54PM
Must have voted for big scary dinosaur, too...
Think puppy men mess up keyboard when I eating bugs and not looking...
Buf Nov 5th 2009 2:33PM
should've added 3 bosses from 5 man TOC, rather than bringing back these losers.

Finally! It's starting to look like a real tournament!
I can't wait for Volazj vs. Dred. Mmmm... Calamari.
I have a feeling the group of three that just made it back in are going to fare very favorably in these matchups.
Jason Nov 5th 2009 10:55AM
So...I guess the Black Knight isn't gonna get wildcarded into this.
Haji Nov 5th 2009 11:16AM
He'll bust in just as they are crowning a champion.
Nick Nov 5th 2009 11:22AM
you spoiled his grand entrance, Haji

"Hey, I'mma let you finish but lemme just say Arthas is the best lich king of all time."
Rexton Nov 5th 2009 11:10AM
Eregos vs Loken, Dred vs Krik, Ymiron vs Epoch, Anub vs Skadi. Calling it now.
BuzzDX Nov 5th 2009 2:33PM
That first match will be boring. If I remember correctly, Loken beat Eregos in the first round.
At the end, it might be a little crazy, but I think Anub'Arak is gonna take the crown.
splodesondeath Nov 5th 2009 5:11PM
Last round was only a setback!
Jamie Nov 5th 2009 11:45AM
I am not not not not not not not not not not not excited by this one!

When this series first started, I thought it was mostly silly, and skipped over it. Now, after about a year of it, I'm am completely hooked. This is the kind of entertaining content that makes me check Wow.com, and I am seriously looking forward to reading about the dragon match up today.
I just adore Keristrasza. She's more than a boss, she is a full-on character. I hope she tears up the Ley Guardian.

I'm glad to see Loken and Dred get voted back in, but I think there's nothing but mortal terror behind the return of Eregos. People are just so used to being killed by him that they can't imagine him losing -
- nonetheless, now that he's up against Keristraza, I think his bell has tolled. TBEOBL has demonstrated that everyone loves a complete psychopath.
geveldion Nov 5th 2009 2:28PM
Where the hell is Bjarngrim? Everyone here knows he got robbed during his fight with Skadi. And as previously stated by a few people, it isn't that Loken is more powerful than most of these guys, it's that he's a chessmaster and the king of cheating. Hence, when forced to fight fairly, he doesn't do as well. Ignoring the lore aspect, Loken is likely to lose quite a few of these match ups.

Here's how I'm calling it:
Keri/Loken, Dred/Krik'thir, MG/Epoch, and Anub/Skadi for elite eight.
Keri/Dred and Epoch/Anub for the final four.
Epoch beats Dred in the final round. TBK comes in to spoil everything and I don't think I'd be able to call that (remember what I said about limited time-travel ability?)
IMO Taldaram could take probably any boss here (remember he only lost because of Epoch's time-travel thing which, combined with MG's LOL I RUNZ AWAY ending, resulted in the "____ Dies" in parenthesis at the end of the voting options. IMO fleeing the ring is a loss, and therefore Tald would win, but I digress.) between his AOE fire orbs and stun-drain ability. He might have issues with TBK due to ghoul-explosions freeing TBK from the stun--that doesn't apply to other adds because they wouldn't be able to pull high enough DPS--but TBK isn't here. At least not yet.
Clydtsdk-Rivendare Nov 26th 2009 10:02PM
Just a historical note here. Both of my first two choices are already defeated. Krik is currently beating Gormok by a decent margin, so I'm 1-2 so far.
I'm also assuming wow.com is gonna re-seed them next round because Loken and Eregos is a rematch. Will update later.
