Teldrassil is there, sort of. As for Azuremyst and Eversong, they don't really need that much changing. They came after Blizz learnt how to make questing better (Ghostlands for example, you do the quests at the hubs, they send you to another, when you're done you have a rep to exalted)
Don't fix what isn't broken I guess.
