I should have clarified.I don't say Priests cannot grab the flag, it was more to illustrate how crazy it is when you have the classes that could bring the flag home, quickly and effectively, instead PVP in the centre of the map, while others who lack certain, mentioned, advantages for capturing the flag, actually are the only ones trying to grab it.

This. It pisses me off when my feral druid in full pvp gear and 50k hp (in bear) goes to grab the flag, and a split second before I do, some pally/ priest/ warlock/ (fill in the blank) with 19k hp--seeing me already there a step away from it--grabs it and runs. And dies on the field shortly after. At least do check if there are players with more survivability and speed also about to take the flag before you do so.

Meh, misread Sunwell's comment. My own rant was about those classes who are less effective at carrying the flag, grabbing it from right under the noses of those who are. And then they die and the enemy caps.

Ah, -that- has happened to me too, before. No, it's not much better. I usually tend to check with other druids how much HP they have, and if they have 55k to my 49k, then I'm doing healing while they grab the flag and run. It's no science. You go for survivability of flag carriers.
