I completely agree, but I'm sure that there is no way blizzard is willing to take it that far. Seeing as how people are cying about pets which are less aesthetic then one's race they may be hesitant to step up any further, meaning mounts/tabards/fun items(party grenade anyone?). Although I would love to see these items hit the store it will probably never happen. Because of QQers and how will they sell those stupid cards if they dont make them exclusive to something.I was hoping oneday for a stop to gold farmers, blizzards own attempt at "selling gold" but they couldnt do this out right or it would break everything they fight... but the simple fact is that there is such a huge demand that the chineese gold farming bizz is making.. what was the last wow.com post estimate.. 10 billion? My idea would for them to just sell a differnt type of gold.. gold with the same value, but only spendable at vendors. Not tradeable, nor usable at the Auction House. So pretty much it would be used for spell training/mount training, repairs, food/water, and other vendor cost a player would have. I'm betting the largest majority of gold bought is used for mount skills. My shameful purchase a year ago was for this reason (which i still regret) this isnt so much to please the players as to put a hurt on farmers. The demand is there.. someone needs to fill it, warning/bans are not working. (oops i was ranting)
