I have been blessed over the past four years to raid with guilds, unknowingly or willingly who were parent friendly. The guild you raid with is most of the issue.Ive had raid leaders let me AUTO follow through parts of MC whilst I was dealing with my kids, raid times changed and basically dragged through heroics (WotLK) to gear me up. Im now the main tank!IMO TBC was a bad time for a raiding parent. L0ng raids requiring (in some cases) 100% accuracy from the entire raid which didnt lend itself to going AFK to change a nappy. Now days we can push through ToC and Ony in a couple of hours and have a start made on Uld in one night.
