Been having this problem myself. I love to raid but cannot be available to do it before 9pm server time.

I'm more than adequately equipped and I've healed parts Ulduar 25 with a raidgroup, outperforming a few of their regular members. However due to my "late starts" I was only a sub, meaning I could only join when/if another healer dropped out...

I haven't yet found any "late night" / "parent" guilds or raid groups in that server (Earthen Ring EU), sometimes I wonder if I should start one!
