Well I'm pretty sure "antepenultimate" is a word.
I take Ancient Greek, and I'm pretty sure, according to the way accents work in Greek and Latin, that it works as follows:
ultima/ultimate: last syllable
penult/penultimate: second-last syllable
antepenult/antepenultimate: third-last syllable
Do with it what you will. I'm gonna watch the video.
