http://www.allcrafts.net/sewing/stuffedanimalssewing.htm has some simple patterns for different stuffed animals, there are also lots of books out there with different patterns available. It'd be really easy to take a basic teddy bear pattern and turn it into a feral druid, or a dog and turn it into a felhunter. You can photocopy patterns and then draw on top of them to alter it into another creature, make ears larger, give it wings, etc.The one for the moonkin model is something I drafted with light cardboard, I just kinda drew the general shapes and prayed that something neat would come out. Once it's all together there was a little more revision that needed to be done (such as tightening the armpit seam, without a few loops of thread in there the moonkin looks even more like a linebacker with huge shoulders).
