Chase, thank you for this explanation to what has otherwise been a mind-boggling mathematical mess for us end-game rogues. As one of the 5 to 10 endgame rogues on my realm, I get asked all the time by players who are leveling up their alt rogues or new players who have just reached 80 why they shouldnt be stacking ArPen. When I start explaining soft caps and hard caps and trinkets in the chat channel or over vent, it's a real tongue twister. Now I can point em to this post.
