Here's a question for ya.

Considering how basic and straightforward Elune's Lantern (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21540) is, why does it have a 24-hour cooldown? It doesn't create an item that assists in actual combat, nor anything that can be sold for any profit. I've found the stones they generate VERY useful for highlighting Fish Feasts in raids - but it takes so long to make them, I can't use more than 6-7 a week without running out.
