What they really should do is to calculate and scale stats in PvP differently. For example, agility doesn't contribute to avoidance or attack power in PvP as much as (or in a completely different way) in PvE.The mere existence of PvP and PvE gear sets proves that there must be two separated game mechanics accordingly. Therefore, trying to 'balance' classes correctly for both PvP and PvE is an obviously illogical act.
