One thing I've noticed about Lord J...his Fel Fireball CD is exactly the same as the Mind Freeze CD: 10 seconds. So as long as you are on the ball interrupting the first one, you can just watch your ability cool down, and as soon as it is up, be ready to hit it again. It's not accurate to the millisecond, he will finish what he is currently doing, like if he's casting Incinerate Flesh, but will start casting it as soon as he's done.

My DPS in ToGC have told me that it's nice having a DK tank him, since they can handle the interrupts. All you need is a mage/shammy/priest to spellsteal/purge/dispel his buff.
