As far as this instance goes, DKs tend to rule the world during faction champs, especially in 25 man. As mentioned in the article, the death grip->chains of ice is great for healers, but also for melee dps kiting, best used on the faction dks, pallys, and rouges.
The other noteworthy thing about Dks in faction champs is the ability to death grip at the start of the fight. If you happen to have two DKs this is even more effective. When my guild runs this fight, we do it just like everyone else, which is zerg down the squishiest healer as fast as possible. We use the double death grip to start the fight, where one DK death grip->chains of ice the first target to halfway across the room and the second death grips it again into the middle of the raid. Not only is your first target within melee dps range, its also out of the champs healing range. A single death grip is also effective, but to a lesser degree.
