Hey, this is Malgayne from Wowhead. We operate a feedback email at email@example.com, as well as a forum for people to leave feedback on the site at http://www.wowhead.com/?forums&board=1. Why are these comments on WoW.com the first I'm hearing about a virus problem? O.oIf there is a virus going around I ABSOLUTELY need to know when, how, and under what circumstances it happened so I can give our ad rotation a thorough scrubbing. I am 100% NOT cool with this and I am freaking out that it was going on and I didn't know about it.Please send me an email with whatever information you can gather, including what country you're in and about what time it happened to firstname.lastname@example.org, so I can kick some advertiser ass and make sure this stops NOW.

I was very happy to see your comment on here. I have never personally gotten anything from a wowhead.com advertisement. It is very good to see you being proactive about this.

Agreed! I'm glad to hear that you guys will be working to resolve the issue. I'll e-mail you from my newly formatted machine. :) I have a friend in-guild whose WoW account was compromised through a trojan he received the same way I did. I'll see if he will e-mail you as well. Thankfully I've got an authenticator so it didn't hurt my gaming.
